We had a great time at the Valentine's party! Thank you to the parents that volunteered to come or drop something off, we really appreciate it!
We’ll be having an in-school field trip on Tuesday that we like to call “Matter Matters.” Scientists from High Touch, High Tech will be coming in to teach us all about the states of matter.
I hope you all have a wonderful, long weekend with your family.

Spelling: Your child will need to hand in 4 activities from the Menu on or before Friday, 2/24. The test will also be on Friday.
Reading & Language Arts: We continue our unit Culture and Traditions. We’ll be presenting our “Culture Day” projects this week. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Keep working on reading logs for February!
Social Studies: We will start up soon!
Science: We just finished our matter test and we will start space this week!
Mrs. Mandru's Math Class: We will be finishing up unit 5 this week. The test is on Wednesday, February, 22. The study guide is a great tool to help study! We will not be having a times test due to no school on Monday.
Important Dates:
2/17 & 2/20 - Days off for conferences and Presidents’ Day
2/21 - Matter Matters in school field trip
3/3 - End of Trimester 2 and Early Dismissal
