Friday we will be having an assembly to meet the author of Girl With a Cape!
Spelling:(Lesson10) The pretest will be on Monday and the final test will be on Friday. If your child gets 0, 1, or 2 wrong they will be challenge and have two activities. If they get more than do they will have the regular work. All homework is due on Friday.
ELA: We will continue centers. The students move to different groups. At the teacher table students will learn a skill. This week we will focus on Verbs, and cause and effect. The students will be taking a nouns quiz on Monday. They will be getting a worksheet to complete over the weekend to help prepare for the quiz.
Social Studies: We have begun our Downers Grove unit and will continue learning about the history of Pierce Downer.
Science: We will begin chapter 9 lesson 2 this week. All about the water cycle.
Math Class (Only for students in MY MATH CLASS): We will continue with chapter 3. The test will be on Tuesday, November 18th.
