MAP’s testing will begin this week. We will have the Reading test on Tuesday and the Math test on Wednesday. Please make sure your child has a goodnight’s rest and healthy breakfast!
Open House will be on Thursday, April 30 from 6:30-8:00. We have many projects to show off and there will be a book fair! Come join us!

Spelling: The pretest will be on Monday and the final test will be on Friday. If your child gets 0, 1, or 2 wrong they will be challenge and have 2 activities and cursive. If they get more than do they will have the regular work. All homework is due on Friday.
ELA: We will continue with fables and folktales this week. In addition we are learning about friendly letter writing and starting our letters to the second graders!
Social Studies: We will continue our Chicago unit.
Science: We will be making a planet project this week!
